Returns & Refunds Policy

At Likemychoice, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If your purchase does not work out, we offer a straightforward return and refund process for eligible items.
Please read this policy carefully before submitting a return request.
1. Return Period
You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
The return request must be submitted within this 14-day period.
Once your return request has been approved by our Customer Service team, the item must be shipped back within 7 calendar days in accordance with the return instructions provided by us.
Returns requested or shipped outside the applicable period may not be accepted, except where a longer period or other remedy is required by applicable law.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a standard return, the item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original and resalable condition
- Free from stains, makeup, perfume, washing or other signs of use
- Returned with all original tags attached
- Returned with original accessories and packaging, where applicable
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, stained, or returned without required tags or accessories may not be accepted, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
For hygiene reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to:
- Lingerie and intimate apparel
- Swimwear where the hygiene liner has been removed
- Pierced jewelry
- Beauty or personal-care products
- Other products specifically identified as non-returnable on the product page
3. No Direct Exchanges
Likemychoice does not offer direct exchanges for change-of-mind, size, fit, color or style preferences.
If you would like a different size, color or style, you may return the eligible item in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.
For defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied items, please contact our Customer Service team so that we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.
4. Return Shipping Fees
For returns due to change of mind, size, fit, color, style or personal preference, the customer is responsible for applicable return shipping, collection or handling costs.
Where applicable, these costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning your item.
Likemychoice is not responsible for items lost or damaged while being returned to us before they are received at our designated return facility.
For items confirmed to be defective, damaged during transit, or incorrectly supplied by Likemychoice, the applicable return solution will be determined by our Customer Service team in accordance with applicable law.
5. Original Shipping Fees, Customs Duties and Taxes
For returns made due to change of mind, size, fit, color, style or personal preference, the original shipping charges paid for the order are non-refundable.
Customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, handling charges and other amounts paid to customs authorities, carriers or other third parties are generally non-refundable by Likemychoice, as these amounts are paid to or incurred by third parties.
Where applicable law requires a different treatment, the relevant legal requirements will apply.
This structure is consistent with VogaCloset's current Saudi policy, which states that original shipping fees and duties/taxes are not refundable.
6. How to Request a Return
Before sending any item back, please contact our Customer Service team at:

- Your order number
- The name of the item you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- Clear photos or videos, where requested
- Any other information reasonably required to review your request
Please do not send your return to the sender's address shown on the original package.
Your return will only be considered valid when it has been submitted through our return process and sent to the return address provided by Likemychoice.
Returns sent without prior contact or to an incorrect address may be delayed or may not be accepted.
7. Return Review
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm that it meets the requirements of this policy.
The inspection will normally be completed within 3–5 business days after the item is received.
A refund will only be processed after the returned item has passed our return inspection.
8. Refunds
Once the return has been approved, your refund will normally be processed within 3–5 business days.
Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, payment provider or other financial institution.
Likemychoice is not responsible for delays caused by a customer's bank, card issuer or payment provider after the refund has been successfully processed by us.
9. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible if you receive:
- A defective item
- An item damaged during transportation
- The wrong item
- An item materially different from its product description
Please provide your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.
After reviewing your case, Likemychoice will determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances of the case and applicable law.
Where appropriate, the resolution may include a refund, replacement or other suitable remedy.
Any mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law remain unaffected by this policy.
10. Items Not Considered Defective
The following generally do not constitute a manufacturing defect:
- Minor loose threads or finishing differences that do not affect normal use
- Minor differences in fabric texture, thickness or feel
- Minor color differences resulting from different screen or device settings
- Normal characteristics of certain fabrics, materials or decorative details
- Minor measurement differences within the stated measurement tolerance
- Damage caused by wearing, washing, improper care, misuse, alteration or self-repair
Please carefully review the product description, size information and measurements before placing your order.
11. Sale and Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale, Non-Returnable, or otherwise identified as non-returnable on the product page are not eligible for standard returns for change-of-mind, size, fit, color or style reasons, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
This does not affect any mandatory rights relating to defective, damaged or non-conforming products.
12. Failed Delivery or Refused Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including their name, address and contact details.
Likemychoice is not responsible for additional costs or losses resulting from:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
- Refusal to accept a shipment
- Failure to respond to delivery communications
- Failure to complete required delivery or customs procedures
Where an order is returned to us for such reasons, any applicable refund will be subject to applicable law and may be reduced by non-recoverable shipping, return, customs or other third-party charges.
13. Abuse of the Return Policy
Likemychoice reserves the right to review unusual or repeated return activity and, where permitted by applicable law, may decline return requests that appear to involve misuse, fraud, abuse or attempts to circumvent this policy.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
14. Statutory Consumer Rights
This policy sets out Likemychoice's standard commercial return and refund process.
It does not exclude, restrict or waive any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under the laws applicable to your purchase.
Where applicable law provides a consumer with a right or remedy that differs from or is more favorable than this policy, the applicable law will prevail.
