By accessing or using the Website, placing an order, or purchasing any product from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or waive any right or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or waived under applicable law.

Our online store is operated using Shopify, which provides the technology and e-commerce infrastructure used to operate the Website.

Shopify is not the seller of products purchased through LikeMyChoice.

LikeMyChoice may update, modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Website or its features from time to time.

3. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity required under applicable law to enter into a binding agreement.

Where applicable, users below the applicable age of majority may only use the Website with the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian.

We will arrange delivery of accepted orders to the delivery address provided by you.

Estimated delivery dates or timeframes displayed on the Website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Actual delivery may be affected by circumstances including carrier operations, weather, public holidays, customs or governmental procedures, incorrect address information, remote-area delivery and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including your name, address and contact telephone number.

Where an order cannot be successfully delivered because the information provided by you is incomplete or inaccurate, reasonable additional costs may apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Taxes, Duties and Other Charges

Where such charges are payable separately from the Website order price, the customer may be responsible for such charges to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Returns are easy on LikeMyChoice.

Subject to applicable law, you may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a standard return, the item should be unworn, unused and in its original condition, with applicable tags, packaging and accessories intact.

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to their nature, hygiene considerations or other applicable restrictions. Any applicable exclusions will be communicated through our Return & Refund Policy or at the time of purchase.

To request a return, please contact LikeMyChoice Customer Service within the applicable return period and provide your order details.

LikeMyChoice reserves the right to assess whether a returned item meets the applicable return conditions.

Nothing in this Section limits any mandatory cancellation, return, refund, warranty or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Saudi Arabian law.

12. Refunds

For an approved standard return, LikeMyChoice will refund the value of the eligible returned product(s) in accordance with the applicable Return & Refund Policy.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

Any customs duties, customs clearance fees, handling fees, transaction-related third-party charges or other charges paid to third parties are generally non-refundable, to the extent that such amounts are not received or retained by LikeMyChoice and cannot be recovered from the relevant third party.

Where a return is approved because an item is defective, damaged, incorrect or materially different from what was ordered, the applicable refund or other remedy will be determined in accordance with the circumstances of the case, our policies and applicable law.

Refunds may be issued to the original payment method or through another permitted method agreed between you and LikeMyChoice.

Depending on the payment provider or financial institution, additional processing time may be required before the refunded amount becomes available to you.

Nothing in this Section limits any mandatory refund or other consumer right under applicable law.

13. Customer Service Resolutions

If you experience an issue with an order, including a sizing concern, quality concern, minor defect, delivery issue, incorrect item or other issue, please contact our Customer Service team.

Depending on the circumstances of the individual case, and subject to applicable law, LikeMyChoice may provide one or more of the following resolutions:

• a full or partial refund;
• replacement or exchange;
• return of the item;
• store credit;
• refund or compensation while allowing you to keep the item; or
• another appropriate resolution agreed with you.

Where LikeMyChoice offers a partial refund or other compensation while allowing you to keep the item, no physical return may be required.

Such resolutions are offered on a case-by-case basis and do not create a general entitlement to the same resolution for other orders or customers.

Once you accept a proposed resolution as a final settlement of the relevant issue, the resolution will be considered to have resolved that particular complaint, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.

LikeMyChoice reserves the right to determine the appropriate commercial resolution based on the circumstances of each individual case, subject to applicable law.

14. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Because orders may enter processing shortly after they are placed, we may not always be able to cancel an order before fulfillment.

Where an order cannot be cancelled, the applicable return and refund provisions may apply.

Nothing in this Section limits any statutory cancellation or withdrawal right available under applicable law.

All content on the Website, including trademarks, logos, photographs, product images, graphics, written content, videos, software, designs, page layouts and other materials, is owned by or licensed to LikeMyChoice or the relevant rights holder.

Where mandatory Saudi Arabian law applies to a particular consumer right, obligation or remedy, that mandatory law shall prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or a transaction with LikeMyChoice shall be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction over the LikeMyChoice contracting entity, without prejudice to any mandatory rights that a consumer may have under applicable law.
